Most responsible sources will help you in obtaining Warrantee Service for a brief period, from time of purchase... usually 30 days... however after that you're often "on your own" to contact the Equipment Manufacturer(s) and obtain information on Return Procedures and Shipping Arrangements. Pro Studio Source will assist you in the obtaining of Warrantee Repair Service for the full period of time covered by the Manufacturer's Warrantee. We will contact the company and convey the problem(s) that you describe to us. We will obtain the proper Authorizations and Shipping Information and contact you with all the information "ready-to-go".
